What happens when your 30 days end, who answers, and what's yours to keep.
- When your 30 days end
- You start with 30 days of Paid and no card, and nothing is charged before they end. Then you stay on Free unless you pay, and nothing you entered is lost. If you have more than Free covers, you pick the location that stays free, and the staff who stay scheduled there if it has more than 20. Everything else stays visible and you can export it, and paying turns every location back on.
- A person answers, on every plan
- Support is a person, around the clock, every day, Free included. Use Talk to us on any page or email support@whenshift.com.
- Moving over is free
- Bring your staff, wages and past timesheets with our import template, or send us your old tool's export and we'll map it for you. Moving over
- Leave whenever you like
- Cancel in one click. A feature you have never moves to a higher plan. Any price or plan change reaches you 60 days ahead, and Free's limits never shrink once you're on Free.
- Your records, on every plan
- Every customer gets our standard data processing addendum with the terms. Stop paying and you drop to Free with nothing lost, and we never delete an account for sitting idle. Will I be charged when my 30 days end?
No. There's no card at sign-up. Your account moves to Free, and within Free's limits everything keeps working.
